Ms. Taeko Minegishi is a Staff Scientist and manages the Analytic Support Group within the Advanced Analytics and Building Science Division at EH&E. She is also the practice group leader for Air Quality Research. Ms. Minegishi’s expertise includes indoor and outdoor air monitoring studies and human health exposure assessments. She has designed and implemented an exposure assessment study of traffic-related air pollution (black carbon and nitrogen dioxides) to residents near local roads and highways. Ms. Minegishi is also experienced in statistical analysis, having developed statistical models to identify source(s) and determinants of exposure for indoor air contaminants. Additionally, she has extensive experience with the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s indoor air model, CONTAM, to examine exposure levels of various pollutants (allergens, ETS and dust) in indoor environments. |
