Re-Commissioning for Performance Improvements

Over time, HVAC systems can get out of synchsystems get old or perhaps were never properly maintained. Perhaps they were never operating optimally to begin with. Indoor air quality problems begin when air is not delivered properly. That’s where problems can start, including employee sick time, potential liability, and bad press.

EH&E can troubleshoot your entire HVAC system, in essence re-commissioning your system from beginning to end. We’ll review the initial design and intent of the system, determine if the system is operating according to design or determine if the original design intent is still applicable for the current space usage, troubleshoot malfunctions and find out what’s going on with respect to air quality and system performance. We’ll then provide you with a full analysis and recommendations for enhanced performance, equipment longevity, and potential energy savings.
