Environmental Compliance Audit Form for Commercial Real Estate

This audit form is intended to allow company personnel to perform a self-audit of their current program status and spot deficiencies such as missing plans, permits, and records. It focuses on compliance with federal regulations administered by the US Environmental Protection Agency, but also includes reference to state and local requirements where jurisdiction is delegated. Using the results of the audit, the company can then develop a plan to prioritize and address any deficiencies found.

EH&E will provide an audit review and summary report if desired. We will review the completed audit, gather specific information via phone when needed to clarify responses, and generate an audit report.
