Document Review Services

Within any individual EOC standard, EH&E can perform a detailed analysis of your documentation for completeness and accuracy under current survey standards. This service is typically performed on-site, and includes all primary documentation related to the standards chosen for review.

The documentation review includes technical review of some or all of the following documents as applicable based on the standard area being surveyed:

• Written management plan
• Hazard vulnerability analysis
• Risk assessment reports
• Policies and procedures
• Performance measurement templates
• Statement of Conditions (EC.5.10 only)
• Maintenance and inspection documentation
• Required inventories (as needed)
• Required permits and licenses
• Survey documents (as required)
• Emergency plans
• Annual Management Plan and program review reports
• Required meeting minutes

Based on the document review EH&E will provide you with a summary report of deficiencies and recommendations for corrective action.
