Remediation Design and Management

EH&E is a recognized leader in the design and management of remediation programs for mold and moisture, soot, and hazardous substances. Our staff encompasses a wide range of disciplines including Certified Industrial Hygienists, Certified Hazardous Materials Managers, Professional Engineers, hydrogeologists, toxicologists, and microbiologiststo name a few. Using this range of talent we can assemble the appropriate team for your project.

EH&E develops protocols for the remediation of affected building systems and materials, including specifications for containment measures, physical barriers and segregation of HVAC systems. In some situations, EH&E can design innovative methods for expediting remediation activities without compromising occupant health and safety or the effectiveness of the remediation program. EH&E also provides oversight of the remediation program to ensure that remediation activities are performed according to the specifications. To prevent future problems and to ensure that affected areas are properly addressed, EH&E can develop and implement clearance testing and follow-up monitoring programs.
