Decommissioning Labs

EH&E offers laboratory decommissioning to help insure that all potential hazards in a laboratory space that previously housed research operations are addressed. EH&E performs a comprehensive review of activities and procedures previously conducted in the space with a focus on the potential biological, chemical, physical and radiological hazards associated with these processes. Based on this review, we can determine if the space is in a safe and clean condition or what issues need to be resolved to restore the space to a safe and clean condition for future occupancy.
